Conference Venue

dorpat_webThe majority of the sessions and the pre-conference workshops of AOIR 2017 will be held in the Dorpat Convention Centre, located in the heart of the centre of Tartu.

 

The opening keynote and the plenary panel will be held in the Assembly Hall, located in the University of Tartu main building. Its neoclassical elegance and simplicity make the Assembly Hall the university’s most beautiful venue. The hall’s inauguratiassemblyhouse_webon ceremony was held on 31 July 1809. From that day on, all major events of the University of Tartu have been celebrated in the Assembly Hall.
