AoIR2025 Conference Registration Fees
AoIR2025 is a hybrid event taking place 15-18 October 2025 in Niterói, Brazil
*If you are only attending the online Doctoral Colloquium or the online Early Career Researchers Workshop you do not need to register for the full conference.
Conference registration is required for all in-person and streaming attendance.
AoIR2025 will offer active AoIR members the option of remote participation. In addition to the keynote lecture and plenary panel, AoIR will live stream parallel sessions throughout the conference.
You must register as a remote participant if you are presenting remotely, or in order to receive access to the live streams.
Preconference workshops are not available for remote participation.
There are two different registrations for this conference – one for in person attendees and one for remote attendees.
