Abstract

Six main tendencies:
1) social theory of the Internet in the optics of the picking up of the West and the leap-frog;
2) cartographic approach;
3) etiologic approach of the Internet (study of the structural causes of the delay in Internet);
4) criticism of the African practice of the Internet technology
5) collect of the manners, testimonies and figures on the Internet in Africa
